Frequently Asked Questions
What is this project?
The Artists’ Guild of Exandria is a fan-made artistic project hosted by the group that brought you the Critical Role Tarot Project, and The Tourist’s Guide to Wildemount, to name a few. Multiple artists will be contributing across a variety of themed projects throughout the year, as we explore the many cultures, landscapes, people and more within Exandria. What are the themes?
Each project will explore an aspect related to Exandrian culture, lore, its people or lands, and even creative interpretations of events based in the world. These themes can range from projects about the Gods, a specific country or even a masquerade! What is the style?
Mixed! Artists are welcome to work in either digital or physical mediums. We have pieces that look like photos, some that look like tourism posters, others are sketches and doodles, some are brochures and leaflets and others even look like they were painted by someone physically there! Why?
Why not! The world of Exandria is an amazing, and creative realm that is full of life and culture, and we want to celebrate it all. Any given campaign is not going to be able to visit it all, so we thought of bringing it to critters through a colourful art project! How can I support the creators?
Reblog, retweet, like, comment + share the love for the posts from the artists themselves! Some artists are across different platforms such as Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram so check them out there, look out for each project’s hashtags to follow and share. Will there be prints I can buy? Or a zine?
This is purely a for-fun and more experimental project, and thus, we are not selling works or materials from this project in any format- digital or physical. If you would like a print of a piece or pieces, though, please consider supporting the artists via their own online shops!Where can I see the art for these projects?
